Returns & Exchanges Policy

At PUMP, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and exchanges policy:
Returns
- Timeframe: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact. Returns showing signs of use or tampering will not be accepted.
- Exclusions:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable) are non-returnable.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You can request a different size or fragrance.
- Process: Contact us at 225-GOT-PUMP or hi@got-pump.com with your order details to start an exchange.

Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
International Returns:
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Refunds:
Allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Notification:
We'll send an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
